Lap times @ Miller today?

Looks like only lap 1, not their best lap, is recorded. Everyone "best" lap is listed as lap 1, which is obviously not possible. Those times look better as the first lap of the race.

But the other groups got more than 1 lap in their qual races? I understood it to mean they only got 1 lap in and session ended. Weather.com said no rain. Hmmm...

It was just strange that the fastest 944-SPEC time in qualifying, 2:20.272, was faster than the fastest SpecE30 time, 2:20.745. Yet in the qualifying race, fastest lap 944 ran a 2:27.919 vs 2:21.488 fastest E30.

That is 6 seconds ladies and gentlemen.

not sure where yall are getting the info from .

the qual times are faster because the races have been the top 13 cars all on the same straight ! The 2 lead cars are fighting for position EVERY TURN . Norm ran a 2:21. ? Thursday then Austin ran a 2:21. > today Best 944 racin ever ! all the way into the 30's drivers are racin !

Those lap times were taken right off of MyLaps.

They did it again yesterday too. Just find it strange that 944-SPEC cars are faster than the E30's.

Why were you guys so fast in qualifying practice? Only to slip in the qualifying race. Weather?

Cause in each race we were beating on each other always pressing a pass or defending. Plus we raced in warmer temps. However most was due to racing hard. A 12 car lead pack does that.

The 2:27 was simply wrong. Best laps of the weekend was a 2:19.282 in Saturday practice. Best race lap was a 2:21.140.
