Yea... but think how easy it would be to get it down to 4500 lbs I'm not really sure why it's that heavy, they must have made NO efforts to bring the weight down. My 96 Impala SS is a show car/drag car... and running at the Southern Superheavy Shoutout I weighed in at 4080 lbs with me in the car (220lbs ). The GM curb weight for the car is 4200.
