Please not that they are propsed changes that can be discussed. Note all will be accepted so don't get worry that we will be having alot of changs. Remember we have been in a 3 year rules freeze and 2010 open for changes. Given the feedback I have recieved I created those draft change proposals so they can be discussed. We will not vote on these changes, but please let us know how you feel. In general the 944 leadership perfers fewer rule changes, but we also want to do the right thing to keep the class strong.
