civicrr Posted January 3, 2005 Share Posted January 3, 2005 NorCal racers, The 2005 HC schedule is as follows: February 19-20: Thunderhill Raceway (Season opener!) April 9-10: Buttonwillow Raceway (Nor Cal Group A) CROSSOVER May 14-15: Thunderhill Raceway June 25-26: Thunderhill Raceway August 6-7: Infineon Raceway CROSSOVER September 10-11: Thunderhill Raceway October 8-9: Infineon Raceway October 29-30: Thunderhill Raceway This will give us a total of 16 races. There will be two drops allowed. 14 races will count for the championship. I am pleased to announce that the spec tire will be the Toyo RA-1. Once again, Toyo is stepping up to the plate and offering contingency $$ to the racers. In addition, the 225/45/15 size that racers have asked for is due late in the first quarter of the year (approx. April). I was told to expect it first quarter of 2005. Understanding the realities of mfg. especially when dealing with oversea mfg, I typed April. I am hopeful that they will arrive prior to April.
