I imagine that if you want to move into hpde 4 you should talk to the hpde 3 leader, have him or her give you an evaluation. I pretty much knew when I was ready to go from hpde1 to 2, then from 2 to 3. I currently run in hpde 3, and I know I'm not ready to go to 4 yet. Hope to see you at an event some time. ITAcelica Posted July 21, 2003 Share Posted July 21, 2003 Hey whats up. I think you have to get the feel that you need to move up if HPDE group is no longer at your speed. Thats what i did from 2 i had a ride from my friend and i was ready for 3 i did not even stay for 1 just jumped from 2 to 3 and soon i will move to 4.
