My brother inlaw is a Nav in the Air Force and has extra flight suits. I have seen a few people use them in different race groups. I'm just looking for help to make sure that I have the proper rating to make this happen. Can anyone give any help or direction to make sure it will work? Thank you in advance!!!!! Michael Harris #94 HC2 Integra Nope. They do not have the proper SFI and/or FIA ratings. I'm familiar with the Nomex flight suits and they are built quite different (much lighter) than a racing suit. If money is an issue, you might want to consider one of the cheaper G-Force suits: http://www.saferacer.com/g-force-gf505-one-piece-racing-suit.html?productid=916 I use a G-Force 505 and like it.
