Trip Test
I have 05 bullit wheels on and 88 Mustang with 95 front spindles and I'm looking to 255/40/17 on all four corners. Anybody familiar with this setup or will any issues arise that I need to be aware of? HPDE-
WhiteSSP
I'm not sure what the offset of those are, but the only issues I can see would be with the fender extensions in front of the wheel arch. As I'm sure you know, pre-90 cars have fender arches that go straight down, whereas the 90+ cars have the arch that goes a little bit farther forward for better tire clearance (in accordance with Pony wheels being available with wider tires). My previous car was an 89 Mustang GT with BBS RK wheels at 18x8.5 with a +25 offset. I was running 255/40/18 Falken Azenis' on all 4 corners, and 04 Mach 1 spindles up front, and I had to trim the front fender extension to get the wheels to not rub when turning.
