I'm having trouble buying or renewing my membership

If you are having trouble buying a membership, or anything else, first make sure you are logged in.

You must have cookies enabled to complete the purchase process.

 

Only one membership can be purchased per year, per account. You can not use your account to purchase a membership for someone else. That person will need their own account. NASA requires each participant to have their own membership.

If you are signing up for an event and you have a valid membership, but it keeps getting added to your shopping cart then one of two things has happened:

 

1. Your membership has expired.

 

2. There is not a valid membership on this account. This is usually caused by creating a second account that does not have membership info.

 

Always sign up for an event using the account you used to buy your membership. Otherwise we won't know you're a member!
