Rules Typo?

I was browsing v4.2 of the ST/SU rules and noticed that section 7.3 now says:

1) S T1 and ST2 only (not applicable for STR1 and STR2): Every vehicle must retain its

Tube-frame chassis conversion (partial or complete) is not permitted without a waiver

from the National ST Director. Floorpan modifications to include items such as

subframe connectors, roll cage bracing, and fuel cell placement may be approved on a

case-by-case basis by the National ST Director. Such modifications will be subject to

approval and possible modification factor assessments.

Where v4.1 said:

1) S T1 and ST2 only (not applicable for STR1 and STR2): Every vehicle must retain its

OEM frame rails (or unibody), strut towers, floorpan, and subframe. Tube-frame

chassis conversion (partial or complete) is not permitted without a waiver from the

National ST Director. Floorpan modifications to include items such as subframe

connectors, roll cage bracing, and fuel cell placement may be approved on a case-bycase

basis by the National ST Director. Such modifications will be subject to approval

and possible modification factor assessments.

I'm assuming the v4.1 wording is correct? Also the document title is still listed as "1 January 2006 Version 3". All tiny details but it would be nice to see them fixed.
