Time to sell my enclosed trailer with RV-style living quarters.

It's time to ditch the cot. It's time to stop paying big hotel bills for the weekend at the races. It's time to be the envy of your fellow racers. Being offered up is a 2002 Pace Ralleye 28' trailer with the front 8' converted to comfortable living quarters, leaving 20' of "garage space". I designed and built the living quarters like a travel trailer. I insulated the walls and ceiling. I installed an RV power converter that supplies separate 110v circuits as well as 12v circuits. The trailer has air conditioning and a 12v powered vent fan. It has a custom dinette with lots of underseat storage that also can be converted to a bed. The futon folds out to 6', or can be used as a couch. No more coolers either. The trailer has a refrigerator and microwave. Custom hardwood cabinets will hold all the weekend's supplies. An accordion door separates the living quarters from the garage. The garage side has a pegboard wall, another 4gang 110v circuit, tiedowns for your car, and some wall racks. It also has a brand new spare tire. I'm pretty proud of the project. It turned out just like I wanted. Unfortunately, I no longer have a need for it, so it's time to let it go. Trailer has 5000lb axles with torsion suspension that is rated at 10,000GVWR. Dry weight of the trailer is 4410 lbs without the living quarter modifications. I imagine that adds 200-300 pounds. Box is 27'7" long, 8'4" wide, and interior height is 74". I haul a 1989 Mustang with plenty of room in front and behind the car to walk. The trailer pulls like a dream behind my F250 PSD. The trailer itself is in good shape for its age. The previous owner dinged the front corner with a gocart (see pics) but it's not that bad. Tongue could use some new paint.

When I sell this trailer, I'll be in the market for an open dual axle 18' trailer. I'm willing to negotiate a trade-in for your open trailer up to $1500. If you're ready to trade up, send me a picture, description and asking price of your trailer. Give me a call if you have any questions or want to discuss. I don't want to trade for anything else. Call me if you have questions at 256-665-0289. Delivery can be negotiated, but not guaranteed. Price is $7500.
