hnpro7 Posted February 17, 2005 Share Posted February 17, 2005 i have just leased out a storage building. i have spaces currently availible. parking is very easy. inside parking spots are all very easy to get in and out of. we are going to try to get a lift, scales and a dyno in. that's a lot of coin, so as we can we will. all inside spots are 200sq ft you will be able to work on your car. but no draining fluids. any engine swaps the vehicle fluids will have to be drained off site. most of everyone so far that is renting out spaces is envolved in the race community. outside parking. we have two, maybe three, spaces that will house up to 24' trailers. the parking lot has locked, 360 degrees fencing. the outside parking is rented out at 100.00 a space with limited access to the inside facility. the inside spaces are renting for 300.00 a space full use inside and equipment. it's located in the san fernando valley ( van nuys ) 5 blocks from 405 frwy you can e-mail me at [email protected] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
