ST Rules Revisions Requests

It's that time of the year, again! If you have submitted requests, suggestions, comments, complaints to me during the year (by e-mail) that were regarding items that would require a rule revision/addition/change that was not already made during the season in a Technical Bulletin, then they will be reviewed this month. If you have a request, but have not sent it by e-mail (not P.M, not in a forum thread somewhere) and you want it to be considered, then please send it now.
