mikeski38 Posted April 6, 2011 Share Posted April 6, 2011 It has always been legal, however by the strict letter of the law, it is a non-honda part in the bottom end of a H1 motor = not legal. I have run my h's with and without. I got to the point where it was such a pain in the ass to install I would just remove the balance shaft belt. In H2 they are certianly not legal so my H2 prelude had them, just no belt. They are only a few pounds... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
