shanetheracer Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 I bought my 70 yr old neighbors 91 hardtop Miata with lsd.put it on Craigslist for $2400 but noones got any $ right now so Im thinking about keepin it puttin cage in it and doing chump car and lemons with it. Where can I get a good cage at in north georgia for cheep ?I can weld it up but dont want to figure out all the bends .any suggestions ?. Dirt Surfer Posted February 27, 2012 Share Posted February 27, 2012 Did you get a cage? I took out a cage from a 91 that was wrecked and have it sitting out. Bad part is that I had to cut the car up to get it out, so you would have to probably have to be very careful and cut some of the welds loose and put it in in sections. Probably okay for Lemons or Chump just amke sure you have an experienced welder and don't grind on the tubes. You can email me at [email protected] my name is Steve.
