Mazda Team Support Results

Since NASA NorCal just posts to MyLaps without listing the car, MazdaComp won't accept those results. The printed results at the event also fail to list which car I was driving. How're others working through this?

Dear Mazda Team Support Member:

 

 

 

Mazda Team Support Program rules require that Racers submit official race results for 2 events annually to maintain active membership status, which includes parts purchasing privileges. Our records indicate we do not have any current recent results for you on file from the past 12 months.

 

We have restricted your parts purchasing ability (phone and online orders) until we receive 2 current race results (from the past 12 months). You will still able to use the online parts catalog and shopping cart to check parts availability and get current parts pricing. However, you will not be able to place parts orders and will see the following message once you?ve added a part to the shopping cart:

 

THE ONLINE ORDER FUNCTION FOR YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED. Please feel free to use the shopping cart to obtain pricing and availability information. To finalize your parts order you must call MAZDASPEED Motorsports at 800-435-2508 or 949-222-2652

 

Submitting your Race Results

 

To be considered valid, official race results must include all the following information:

 

1) Your name

 

2) Race event name and date

 

3) Racing class and finishing position in that class

 

4) The make/model of the vehicle in which you competed (MyLaps and other results that do not show make or model will not be considered valid)

 

Please do not submit more than 2 results per year

 

If you previously provided a race car build/completion date you received this e-mail because that date has passed. You must submit official race results to regain your parts purchase privileges.

 

Uploading your Race Results - New Process

 

You can upload race result copies (PDF, etc.) or post a website url link to results directly to your Mazda online account (Vehicle Detail section). Instructions for the new upload process are in the following link:

If you feel you have received this e-mail in error, or recently submitted race results and are unable to place a parts order, or if you simply have questions about the race results requirement, please call us at 800-435-2508 (Hours of Operation: M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm PDT; closed for lunch 12-1pm).
