NoTheOtherSparky
Looking for an open trailer that I can fit in the garage with the car on it. 18-20'. Many of the ones I've seen locally have looked like someone was learning how to weld when they built them. And many of them had lousy ramps and/or short dovetails. Finally, there seem to be few varieties in stock in Austin and the wait time is typically 6 weeks or so. Any thoughts on good trailer brands? Thanks for any tips. RGSarsfield
Featherlite, and I have a 2011 that may interest you. It will not fit in a small single garage...too long and too wide.

stevepoe
I recently purchased a 18ft tilt bed trailer. I will never ever own a ramp trailer again. They are so nice it's not even funny.
Mystic_Cobra
I bought an open 18' economy trailer (7000 lb gross) from a local dealer. It was about $2000. I had to use 8' wood ramps for loading with a dovetail and 4' metal ramps. I also would put my rear truck tires on plastic ramps to lift the tongue some more. Could be considered the best only if you have a tight budget. Aluminum trailers cost about twice as much.
