Here is the email I received from Scott on Feb 13, just over a month ago: "Sean no excuse just been an a$$hole and keep forgetting to get it out to you. I will send it to you by Monday. You have every right to be pissed and I will make good on it. I am truly sorry. Regards Scott " Haven't seen the wheels or a refund check and no further response to my emails. Buyer beware.
