can you have antifreeze in the car to run TT ?

It's not against the rules to have antifreeze in a TT car, but still not recommended (slippery hazard to self and others should it spill)

"Snow on the ground" isn't always the same as 'cold enough to freeze water in an engine overnight.' Also, TT isn't racing, TT is HPDE.

 

Like Ken said... antifreeze is ok, but not recommended.

So what do you do when you have a cold race say Road ATL in December or CMP in Febrary with snow on the ground?

that'd likely be an event where antifreeze exceptions would be granted for racer's cars. For DE and TT no exception needed of course.
