Race harnesses with stock Miata seats

I have a NA Miata with a Hard Dog roll bar. Trying to figure out if I can use 5pt seat belts with stock cloth seats. The car is not a DD but is driven to and from HPDE events, so I am not sure about aluminum racing seats. Any input is appreciated
