Posted August 1, 2005 Members Share Posted August 1, 2005 I think my wife, Julie, summed it all up when she sarcastically asked me after practice on Saturday at VIR: "You weren't having FUN out there WERE you?" I didn't think the big grin on my face was THAT obvious! Being so busy with NASA-SE these past two years I had forgotten how much fun it was to race with the CMC/AI/AIX/AIV crowd... I had a total blast!!! You guys were awesome, drafting Don Smith and Greg Houseman down the front straight was totally awesome! Of course going 3 wide at the finish with Shugg & Whitson on sunday was definitely a finale to the weekend that would be hard to top! I can't wait to run with all of you at Road Atlanta in two weeks!
