tire rotation on wheel

Has anyone else had any issues with tires rotating on their wheels?

Issue here is Hoosier R6 rotating on Porsche 997/GT3.

Noticed the left rear moved 180 degrees, right rear 90 degrees, and fronts both about 45 degrees. I took the wheel weights of at VIR, which reduced the vibration.

I would like too find a fix and get tires re-balanced.

Yes, pretty common for R-comps.

 

Have your tire guy mount the tires dry, or at least with very little lubricant. Another trick is to warm up the tire slowly the first time out. This lets the existing lubricant evaporate away without sliding the tire on the wheel.
