They are the short/bolt-ins that I had in my 05 STI with a harness bar. I installed them in one of my cars then ended up not using them. I also set them up so the buckle is on the 5th-6th point strap that is in between your legs. Why…so if you use a head restraint device, you can snap it in to the side straps. And it helps not having the buckle smack against your door or center console when taking harness off. If you want to get details on them, go to Takata's website…they are part 71001-H2 + the six point strap as well.
