Tires: buying old stock

I was wanting to try some Toyo RA1's and found some new old stock in my size on eBay. Should I be worried about running 3 year old tires(2011 production date)? I would think that as long as they were stored inside out of direct sunlight that they would be fine but I wanted other opinions.

storage, no freezes, probably won't be super competitive but could be a good value for track time and such. Keep a close eye on them but I don't think I'd pass on them if I needed them.
