I am selling this for a friend.

Price is $6k firm

I am told it could be reconfigured for SCCA E-production or one of the GT classes

Everything on this car is newly rebuilt with less than an hour on it. My buddy started this project a few years ago and lost interest. It's been sitting for a couple years now with no fuel in it at all...

The only thing the car needs is some exhaust manifold "washers" that are tricky to find but apparently he hasn't looked very hard. I'm gonna work on this...

Engine- 1986 280ZX bottom end- board once over, new pistons and rings, crank polished / balanced, E31 head that has been ported / polished, intake and exhaust runners equaled during porting. Triple angle valve seats w/ larger ZX valves, custom COMP cam. Ceramic coated header to a 2.5” custom exhaust system. Large oil cooler, 6” “Cannon” oil filter, “Arizona Z” baffled oil pan, ZX oil pump, light weight crank and water pump pulleys, Mallory electronic distributor, MSD 6AL ignition box, MSD plug wires, large radiator, GM (2 wire) alternator, large electric cooling fan, rebuilt SU carbs.

Clutch- new slave cylinder w/ SS hose, new adjustable clutch fork, Light weight 6 puck “Spec” clutch, light weight “Fidanza” flywheel.

Transmission is 1986 280ZX 5 speed, has new synchronizers and has been gone through.

Auto Meter gauges- Tach, oil psi, oil temp, water temp, volts.

Fuel cell- 15 gal, (plumbed for duel pickup internally), Holly blue fuel pump, “Cannon” 8 micron fuel filter, holly fuel psi regulator, all SS braided lines.

Brakes- F&R AP calipers w/vented rotors, New master cylinders, all SS lines, Balance bar brake bias. New drive shaft and new in the box “Wolf Creek Racing” CV halfshaft kit not installed yet

Strut to coil-over conversion by prior owner, New “Koni” inserts 2006 never driven on, all urethane bushings, “Arizona Z” aluminum rear brace, R200 rear end.

Kirky intermediate 16” seat, “Coolsuit” system, 5 point harness new in the box, hard wired Transponder, Diamond racing wheels 15x7, has Fire suppression system, windshield defogger

Spares- front fenders, 86’ 280zx donor motor & 5spd trany, R180 limited slip rear-end, E31 head w/ some porting/polishing and valves done, tail lights, rough cut windshield, set of springs

Can you tell me the rear wheel horsepower and weight of this car?

I thought I had asked about the weight and HP of the car, but I don't see my questions in my post above. Please provided as I might be interested also.
