Will fit NA Miatas with hard top or soft top. I don't believe it will work with a soft top with a glass rear window because of the harness bar. SFI padding comes with and has been trimmed to not rub and squeak against the hard top. I have all the hardware/backing plates etc. $400, not shipping.
