If believe the answer is yes. However, it will cost you something like $40.00 and it is a hassle. Try to get a tech at a local shop before the event for FREE.

I'd also recommend pre-tech so that if anything needs to be fixed before they let you on the track, you don't lose any track time! My first tech (trackside!) revealed an out-of-order brake light, had to run to town to find a shop with a bulb, bummer!
