what are the restrictions / requirements regarding the use of 2 / 4 wheeled pit vehicles with the various sanctioning body's

 

or are there specific track reg's ?

 

what if the 2 wheeled vehicle has an actual " license plate " on it ?

This is mentioned the CCR and any further bits of it are usually track-specific so it's best to check with your nearest regional director...
