Simpson can re-certify it for $25 which includes testing and putting new date stickers on it for legal use in race group! It will come with tethers that are still in spec for another couple of years and helmet mounts with quick release, I can ship if needed via UPS/Fedex or deliver to most places in the Phoenix area.
