FIA 8860-2010 Helmets

Current 2017 CCR mentions that for racing a helmet with SA2010 or newer certification or FIA9900-2010 certification is required. Is that the correct FIA certification? I have looked for it all over with no luck. Is it referring to FIA 8860-2010, which is still current with FIA and has no expiration date?

 

Clarification of this would be greatly appreciated.
