Adam Ginsberg Posted September 6, 2003 Share Posted September 6, 2003 NASA will be having a national first-ever event of it's kind here in Texas the weekend of October 25-26. The event is open to race cars, street cars, motorcycles, hot-rods, you name it. Sort of a drag strip/ salt flat/ dyno test / motorcycle rally all rolled into one event. Vehicles in different classes will run solo at a city/location soon TBN (should I say...airport???) 1/8 mile of starting area....1 mile of top-speed timed area and a half mile of brake zone. Weekend fee will be ~$125 and 4 runs (2 each day) will be provided. (Additional runs may be purchased or granted depending on participation.) More info as it becomes available.
