Rusty105 Posted November 4, 2005 Share Posted November 4, 2005 A couple of questions What are the inspectors looking for, as far as welds go. Do they do any testing, such as dye, x-ray, etc.... I am getting ready to weld in my cage, and would like to know if what I am doing will pass tech, I can post pictures if needed. Also, if I read the regs correctly, every required bar needs an inspection hole. Is this correct?? Lastly.. what are the chances I can get the cage inspected before the car is finished. That way if I need to correct anything it would be easier, and would save some time as well.
