PDenbigh Posted November 14, 2005 Share Posted November 14, 2005 Hey NASA world, I have a 1985 Merkur XR4ti that I HPDE and am rather obsessed about. I love the car, and it holds it's own out on the track. Over the past 2 years, I've rebuilt the car from the ground up for the sole purpose of driving it on the track. This winter I will be installing a cage, seats, and harnesses. So on to my question, I really want to compete wheel-to-wheel. Any idea where this car would be classed? And please don't say SU . Details: 2.3 Turbo (car was turbo from the factory), current weight is 2808 and it's about 1/2 gutted. Rear wheel drive, 215WHP.
