Would it be "legal" to change / upgrade to a two piece rotor if the diameter stays the same and still take no negative modification factor points? Thanks. "2) Non-OEM, modified or relocated brake calipers/brackets or rotor diameter modifications are permitted, and shall be assessed a Modification Factor.
