Two piece rotors still considered OEM (ST6)

If the "OEM" are cast single piece rotors.  Would it be "legal" to change / upgrade to a two piece rotor if the diameter stays the same and still take no negative modification factor points?

"2) Non-OEM, modified or relocated brake calipers/brackets or rotor diameter modifications are permitted, and shall be assessed a Modification Factor. (This assessment applies unless covered by update/backdate in 6.2.)"

Yes, as long as you don't have to modify the caliper/bracket.
