subachad Posted January 14, 2006 Share Posted January 14, 2006 Previously, I have split the track day costs and know it's ok so long as the run groups are the same. For example my fiance and I have shared the cost where I ran the 1st 2 sessions of the day and she ran the last two sessions. I was hpde2 and she was hpde3 at the time. I'm now HPDE3, would it still be ok to run in HPDE2? I suspect it's ok. I'm splitting my car with a friend who is still in 2. We are going to both days to Willow Springs in Feb and I'm hoping by the end of the 2nd run session he will get bumped to HPDE3. If so we can run the following day in HPDE3. I don't see a big problem with an HPDE3 driver running in HPDE2, because the very limited passing rules in HPDE 2 should keep you from getting into trouble.
