Damage to track dispute

Not that I have ever heard of.  And if you do then be careful how you do it.  In most cases the entity that rented (your local region) the track has to pay the track and then they collect from you.  If you fight it too aggressively then you run the risk of not being able to go back to either the track or the region depending.

I have no idea how you could prove their figure is wrong. Even their tire bundles have a fair amount of labor involved in putting them back together......are you going to volunteer to do the labor yourself? (and BTW: Every organization I've ever run with makes it clear you will get a bill for anything you damage.)
