I prefer to go through the sheets with each driver when they hand them in to help resolve any issues before it becomes a problem (without looking at the car). Then, you need to keep all of the forms (the entire form) filed, and bring them to each event, so you have a checklist of items to expect on a car when you do an impound/inspection.
