Repeated offenses may be penalized by disqualification for the day, the entire event, and/or suspension or revocation of the TT License. Revised TT Rule: "...at the discretion of the TT Director. TT drivers MUST keep their vehicles under control at all times! Passing under yellow flag conditions will result in (at minimum) loss of all timed results from that session. Repeated offenses may be penalized by disqualification for the day, the entire event, and/or suspension or revocation of the TT License. Any driver with a passenger in the car that gets a D/Q for a session due to a spin or wheels-off incident will lose passenger privileges for the rest of the day. The TT Director has the discretion to not assess a penalty to a driver who had a spin or wheels-off incident or pass under yellow flag as a direct result of un-flagged debris, collision avoidance, corner worker/flagger error, or a provable pre-incident mechanical failure. The incident should be discussed in a TT Download meeting, where competitors will have the opportunity to give their input. Drivers should expect that evidence such as a video recording may be required by the TT Director for these cases...." Edited May 20, 2022 by Greg G.
