int2str Posted January 18, 2023 Share Posted January 18, 2023 (edited) Many instructors do not use communication devices. They will use good old fashioned "yelling" and/or hand signals in the car. Generally in a road car at medium speed this will work ok. Some instructors like myself will have an instructor/student communication devices (see picture below). The "Student headset" is a one ear piece that you shove under the helmet on one side and it simply is held in place by your helmet padding.
