Nationals, Fire systems required?

Reading for many hours, just need a clarification for Nationals. Nationals require an annual tech sticker. You must follow all rule for racing including a fire system. Does this include TT? Seems to be all cars will need a fire system to compete.

TT is treated like HPDE, regarding tech, for all regional and national competition.  Except you will need an annual tech sticker for nationals.

No fire system is required, although it isn't a bad idea. You don't even need a fireproof race suit for nationals.
