Consider removing 2023 ST1-4 rules from AWS

I have repeatedly made the mistake of googling "nasa super touring rules" and blindly clicking the pdf link I find.  I'm sure I'm not the only one who does that.  It unfortunately leads to 2023 rules, not the 2024 rules.  While you don't have control over Google search result ordering, maybe you could remove the old ruleset from AWS?
