Lugnut Posted October 11, 2006 Share Posted October 11, 2006 Hey, sorry if this is a repeat or a silly question, but I was wondering where an '84 Corvette falls? TTD* like '85 to '91? Then on to back-/updating... The engines went through quite a lot of changes from '85 (or '84) to '91. Are these updatable? For instance if I put an L98 into the '84 am I still a legal TTD*? It's an engine swap still that needs to be adjusted for the weight differences in the model years. As well, we lowered the class of this group of cars from TTC to TTD* early in the year. In retrospect, it may not have been the best option. I would expect a possible change in this classing in some form with the '07 revisions.
