There is supposed to be a copy of it in the Tech area. Just ask to see it, and then show the inspector your area of concern. If there is still a question, take it to your NASA Regional Director. NASA MA keeps an electronic, searchable copy of the CCR in registration, which is conveniently always located right next to the Tech area.
