But after seeing a set in person on Jim McKendree's TT EVO, I decided against it. They looked dead sexy on his car, but the spokes actually stick out beyond the wheel lip. With close racing and the occasional "incidental contact" CMC is known for, I figured having wheels with spokes that there going to be the first part of the cars to come into contact with someone else was going to be a bad idea. These are BMW wheels with wheel adapters to fit the Fox body - they don't make them with the right bolt pattern to fit. BMW wheels? Those are 5x114.3 Enkei's... Those are D-Force wheels, BMW Fitrment. Unless you know something I do not (I was only pitted next to him the weekend that it happened), they are/were 5zigens...I believe he got them used off a guy with a 350Z or something like that. Those are D-Force wheels, BMW Fitrment. Are you sure about that? Those are 5-Zigen...... Someone had a D-Force 17x9.5 made (not us). We just don't think that the design is strong enough for CMC.
